​At Mosaic, we turn the lights on the college admissions process, making a traditionally confusing and sometimes shadowy process easy to understand.  Our goal is to make any and all of the components of applying to college stress-free for students and parents alike.  We understand that no one situation is exactly the same, and so we are diligent about working with the family to meet the student’s unique needs.

We view the college application process as a growth opportunity, a time when students reflect on their accomplishments and envision their futures.  We help students to find their own personal voices in the personal statements and encourage them to take ownership of their applications. 

We believe that high school is its own unique learning and social experience, not simply a tool for admission to college.  We give students ideas of ways in which they can make their high school years even richer, while simultaneously building the resume and character most sought after by colleges.

In sum, we respect that each student’s past experience, future objectives and burgeoning passions are distinct, and so all of our counselors have a breadth of knowledge and a flexible approach.
